IMPORTANT
Paid member users (hereinafter referred to as "you") and Guangzhou Mingchuang Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Mingchuang Technology" or "we") sign this automatic renewal entrusted deduction service (hereinafter referred to as "continuous subscription service" or "this service"), which is applicable to the "RawPix" platform. In order to protect your rights and interests, please read all the contents of this service agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement") carefully before using this service, especially the bold part. Minors should be accompanied by a legal guardian.
Your opening and use of this service shall be deemed that you have read and voluntarily accepted all the contents of this service agreement, that is, you have reached an agreement with us and voluntarily accepted all the contents of this agreement.
1. Service Description
The 1.1 continuous subscription service is based on the automatic membership renewal service provided by the RawPix membership service you have already opened.
1.2, on the premise that you have opened this service, you authorize us to entrust a third-party payment channel to deduct the subscription fee for the next billing cycle from the Alipay account, WeChat account, Apple Pay, Huawei wallet and other third-party payment accounts (hereinafter collectively referred to as deduction accounts) bound to your RawPix member account when the validity period of the paid member is about to expire.
Automatic renewal of 1.3: We entrust a third-party payment channel to collect the subscription fee for the next billing cycle of the paying member through the account you are bound with, record the payment in the payment record of the paying member, and extend the deduction method for the validity period of the paying member accordingly. You need to ensure that the third-party payment channel deducts the above account successfully. If the renewal fails due to insufficient deductible balance in the above account, we have the right to suspend or terminate your membership service without further notice, and you shall bear the responsibility (including termination of paid membership service and inability to participate in paid membership activities, etc.).
1.4 you choose to bind WeChat, Alipay, Apple Pay, Huawei Wallet or other deduction accounts to enjoy this service, you will be deemed to agree to Alipay, WeChat, Apple Pay, Wallet and other channels to issue deduction instructions, and agree that their payment channels can deduct the subscription fee for the next billing cycle from the above accounts without verifying your account password, payment password, SMS check code and other information.
1.5 Depending on the hardware terminal and payment method you use, you may have to pay different membership fees. The specific amount is subject to the amount displayed on the device. Please confirm before payment and proceed with the transaction.
2. Continuous Subscription Usage Rules
2.1 If you open this service, it will be deemed that you authorize RawPix to withhold membership fees for one billing cycle from your bound account when your membership expires. The specific deduction node is 24 hours before the expiration of each billing cycle.
2.2 If there is a problem in the deduction process, we will closely cooperate with you to find out the cause, and we and you will each bear the loss caused by our own fault; if the loss caused by the unequal fault of both parties, both parties shall bear the corresponding responsibility according to the degree of fault; if both parties are jointly responsible, both parties shall share the responsibility.
2.3 you choose to use this service, unless you choose to terminate this service, your automatic deduction entrustment to us is irrevocable. We will not refund the fees paid by you in any way based on the fees deducted under the payment method you chose when you opened the automatic renewal service, and we will continue to provide membership services until the end of the paid fee period.
2.4 If the price of the paid member subscription service is adjusted before the automatic renewal date, we will publicize the revised content on the relevant page before the deduction and deduct it at the current effective price. If you have any objection to the adjusted fee, please choose to terminate this service.
2.5 this service is limited to your use on the "RawPix" platform, any malicious cracking and other illegal means to avoid the use of paid membership services, constitute a violation of this agreement. All legal consequences arising therefrom shall be the responsibility of the perpetrator, and we will pursue the legal responsibility of the perpetrator in accordance with the law.
Suspension, Interruption and Termination of 3. Services
3.1 This service will be valid for a long time. If there is any change, we will re-announce it on the platform. If you continue to use it, you will be deemed to agree to the new agreement. This Agreement shall take effect after you choose to accept or use the Service and shall terminate until you terminate the Service or cancel your paid membership.
We have the right to terminate our services to you immediately, without liability to you or any third party, 3.2 one of the following circumstances occurs:
(1) The effective legal documents of the state administrative or judicial organs confirm that you have committed illegal or infringing acts, or we believe that your acts are suspected of violating the contents of this Agreement or the rules of use published by the RawPix platform from time to time, or are suspected of violating the provisions of laws and regulations;
(2) Your actions interfere with the normal operation of any part or function of RawPix;
(3) We believe that there is a significant risk in providing this service to you.
3.3 we may need to suspend, interrupt or terminate the service due to strategic development, government action or force majeure, we will notify you in the form of an announcement and refund the corresponding fees that have not been fulfilled to you and will directly refund them to the corresponding account you have recharged.
Termination method: Please open the phone manually. If you choose continuous subscription service, you can suspend or terminate this service through the following methods:
A) apple in-app payment (Apple Pay payment, in-app purchase) automatic renewal user unsubscription method is as follows: open apple mobile phone "settings"-> enter "iTunes Store and App Store"-> click "Apple ID", select "view Apple ID", enter "account settings" page, click "subscribe", cancel "RawPix member service" subscription.
B) Android and PC-side automatic renewal users unsubscribe as follows: open mobile WeChat "I"-> enter "wallet"-> select "payment management"-> click "automatic deduction"-> click "RawPix member" and select "stop deduction.
3.4 the order that you have entrusted us to automatically renew the deduction before you choose to terminate this service is still valid, once the deduction is successful, we will not refund it and will open the subscription service for you in the next billing cycle.
4. Other
4.1 We and the members shall resolve the disputes arising from the performance of this agreement through friendly negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the local people's court for litigation. The interpretation, validity and enforcement of this Agreement shall be governed by the People's Republic of China law.
